Compassion Massage welcomed Alicia, in September 2016 as their first ever front desk receptionist. Alicia plays a critical role in handling the daily operations of the clinic which allows the massage therapists to focus on client care. Additionally, she is the lead social media strategist for Compassion Massage and is focused on creating engaging digital content for the monthly newsletter.
Alicia has held a long time aspiration since she was young to become a massage therapist herself. Upon graduating from high school in June of 2016, Alicia relocated from Washington State for this career opportunity. Her plan to begin her massage therapy studies at the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, will occur in September of 2017. Successful enrollment in Bancroft’s 13-month program will enable Alicia to become a licensed massage therapist in the fall of 2018, when she will then join the staff of massage therapists at Compassion Massage. Congruently, Alicia will soon begin courses at Quinsigamond Community College to achieve an Associate’s degree in Public Health. Alicia’s warm and friendly demeanor welcomes all who visit Compassion Massage.
