Kirsta Adie, Oncology Massage Therapist and Licensed Massage Therapist
Kirsta specializes in deep tissue massage for pain management. In November of 2015, Kirsta received her Oncology Certification training, “Caring for Clients with Cancer”. She provides supportive care to our clients with cancer by helping to alleviate symptoms such as pain, nausea, fatigue, anxiety, and sleeplessness. Kirsta understands the powerful connection between the mind and body as she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New England.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist at Compassion Massage, Kirsta completed internship hours at Compassion Massage while enrolled as a student of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy. Under the mentorship of Cathrine, Kirsta gained valuable hands-on training by working directly with clients before graduation. This training program lead to Kirsta’s immediate hire post graduation. Her application of therapeutic massage has built her success and growing clientele as an experienced massage therapist. In November of 2015, Kirsta completed her Oncology Massage Therapy training in Boston and provides care to cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers.
